The following Terms & Services Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation as a Seller on the Kingdom Builders Exchange (“KBX,” “the Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By applying to become a Seller, creating a store, and/or uploading digital content, you (“Seller,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with this Agreement, all KBX policies, and all applicable laws.

1. Mission & Doctrinal Alignment

Kingdom Builders Exchange exists to strengthen churches, families, and ministries by providing biblically grounded, Apostolic, Oneness Pentecostal resources. Every Seller is required to affirm and uphold the following doctrinal statements in their beliefs, lifestyle, and the development of all digital content.

1.1 Oneness Pentecostal Doctrinal Requirements

Sellers agree that all uploaded content must align with the following core beliefs:

  • The Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God and the authority for salvation and Christian living (II Timothy 3:15–17).
  • There is one God, revealed as Father, in the Son Jesus Christ, and through the Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 6:4; Ephesians 4:4–6; Colossians 2:9; I Timothy 3:16).
  • Jesus Christ is God manifested in flesh, fully God and fully man.
  • All have sinned and need salvation, which comes by grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Romans 3:23–25; Ephesians 2:8–9).
  • The saving gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ (I Corinthians 15:1–4).
  • We obey the gospel through repentance, water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ, and the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial sign of speaking in tongues (Acts 2:4, 37–39; Romans 6:3–4).
  • Holy living, inwardly and outwardly, is required of all believers (II Corinthians 7:1; Hebrews 12:14).
  • The gifts of the Spirit, including healing, are active in the church today (I Corinthians 12:8–10).
  • Jesus Christ will return for His church, and there will be a final resurrection and judgment (I Thessalonians 4:16–17; Revelation 20:11–15).

1.2 Statement of Faith Requirements

Sellers also affirm the following:

  1. The Bible is the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
  2. There is one God, eternally existent as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  3. Jesus Christ is divine, born of a virgin, sinless, miracle working, crucified, resurrected, ascended, and returning again.
  4. Salvation is only through regeneration by the Holy Spirit through faith in Jesus Christ.
  5. The baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues is for believers today.
  6. The Holy Spirit enables Christians to live a godly life.
  7. There will be a resurrection of the saved and the lost.
  8. The church is the unified body of Christ.
  9. Christians must apply their faith practically in every area of life.

  • All digital products must affirm, not contradict, and not undermine these beliefs.
  • KBX reserves the right to remove any content deemed doctrinally inconsistent or spiritually harmful.

3. Content Standards

Kingdom Builders Exchange (KBX) is committed to maintaining a trusted marketplace where churches, ministry leaders, educators, and families can confidently access high-quality digital resources that strengthen biblical teaching, discipleship, and ministry development.

Because KBX serves a faith-based community and distributes resources used in churches, classrooms, outreach programs, and discipleship settings, all content listed on the platform must meet clear standards for originality, theological integrity, quality, and ministry appropriateness.

The Content Standards outlined in this section are designed to:

  • Protect the intellectual property rights of creators.

3.1 Original Work Requirement

All digital products listed or sold on Kingdom Builders Exchange (KBX) must be the original work of the Seller and must comply with all applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Sellers agree that all content submitted to the platform must:

  • Be created solely by the Seller or by contributors who have granted the Seller full legal rights to distribute the content.
  • Not contain plagiarized material or content substantially copied from other creators, ministries, publishers, or organizations.
  • Not include copyrighted text, images, graphics, curriculum, music, or other materials unless the Seller owns the rights or has obtained explicit written permission or proper licensing for commercial distribution.
  • AI tools may be used to assist the creative process, but the Seller must ensure the final work reflects original thought, authorship, and substantial human oversight.
  • Not be created using stolen, scraped, repurposed, or redistributed content from websites, books, sermons, courses, curriculum providers, or other digital marketplaces.
  • Not reproduce or closely imitate existing ministry resources, including lesson plans, devotionals, sermons, or teaching materials originally created by other authors or organizations.

By uploading or selling a product on KBX, the Seller represents and warrants that:

  • They own all intellectual property rights to the content or have obtained proper authorization to distribute it.
  • The content does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights of any individual, ministry, publisher, or organization.
  • They accept full legal responsibility for the originality and legality of their submitted content.

KBX reserves the right to review, remove, suspend, or permanently delete any product or Seller account suspected of violating this Original Work Requirement. Repeated violations may result in immediate removal from the platform.

3.3 Prohibited Content

To maintain the theological integrity, safety, and quality of the KBX marketplace, Sellers may not upload, distribute, or sell content that violates the platform's standards or mission. KBX is a faith-based ministry resource platform, and all content must align with the spiritual and ethical values represented by the community it serves. The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

  • Content Contradicting Apostolic Doctrine Materials that promote teachings or theological perspectives that directly contradict the Apostolic or Oneness Pentecostal doctrinal standards affirmed by KBX.
  • Violent, Discriminatory, or Politically Driven Content Materials that promote violence, harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or political agendas. KBX is not intended to serve as a platform for partisan political messaging or ideological campaigns unrelated to ministry.
  • Secular Entertainment Content Without Biblical Purpose Purely secular entertainment materials that are not connected to biblical teaching, Christian discipleship, ministry development, or church-related programming.

  • Offensive or Disrespectful Content Materials that mock, demean, or disrespect religious beliefs, churches, ministries, or individuals.

KBX reserves the right to review, reject, suspend, or remove any content or Seller account at its sole discretion if the content is determined to violate these standards or is inconsistent with the mission, theological integrity, or ministry values of the platform. Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the KBX marketplace.

3.4 Content Review & Moderation Rights

KBX reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any content submitted to the platform. This oversight ensures that all materials offered through KBX align with the platform's purpose of supporting Oneness Pentecostal ministries and equipping churches with trustworthy, high-quality resources. KBX maintains full discretion over what content may be listed, promoted, or distributed through the platform. This authority includes, but is not limited to, the right to:

  • Approve listings before they go live. All submitted products may be subject to a content review process prior to publication. KBX may evaluate submissions for theological alignment, ministry usefulness, originality, clarity, and overall quality before approving them for marketplace listing.
  • Request revisions or clarification. If submitted materials require corrections, formatting improvements, theological clarification, or additional information, KBX may request revisions from the seller prior to approval.
  • Remove products without prior notice. KBX reserves the right to remove or deactivate any listing at any time if the content is inconsistent with KBX values, violates platform policies, infringes on intellectual property rights, contains inappropriate material, or generates credible complaints.
  • Suspend or remove seller accounts. Sellers who repeatedly violate policies, upload unauthorized materials, misrepresent content, or fail to comply with platform guidelines may have their accounts suspended or permanently removed.
  • Monitor marketplace activity. KBX may periodically review listings, product descriptions, pricing, and user feedback to ensure continued compliance with marketplace standards.
  • Protect doctrinal integrity. Because KBX serves a faith-based ministry community, the platform reserves the right to remove content that contradicts or undermines the theological framework and mission the marketplace exists to support.
  • Protect platform integrity and user experience. Content that is misleading, plagiarized, low-quality, incomplete, harmful, or unrelated to ministry resource development may be removed to preserve the trust and usefulness of the marketplace.

KBX's review and moderation authority exists to protect the mission, the ministries served by the platform, and the creators who contribute valuable resources to the marketplace.

4. Intellectual Property

The KBX marketplace exists to support creators, ministry leaders, educators, and churches who develop valuable ministry resources. KBX respects the intellectual property rights of creators while ensuring that the platform can properly host, promote, and distribute approved materials. This section outlines ownership rights, platform permissions, and protections related to all content uploaded to the KBX marketplace.

4.1 Ownership

Creators and sellers retain full ownership of the original resources they create and upload to the KBX platform.

  • Sellers retain full copyright to their original work. All lesson plans, curriculum materials, scripts, music files, videos, printables, graphics, teaching tools, and other creative resources remain the intellectual property of the original creator. Uploading content to the KBX marketplace does not transfer ownership of the material to KBX.
  • Creators maintain the right to use their materials elsewhere. Because the license granted to KBX is non-exclusive, sellers are free to distribute, sell, publish, or license their materials through other platforms, ministry channels, or personal websites unless they choose to offer a resource exclusively through KBX.
  • Sellers are responsible for the originality of their work. By submitting materials to the platform, sellers affirm that the content they upload is their own original work or that they possess the appropriate legal rights, permissions, or licenses to distribute the material.
  • By uploading content, Sellers grant KBX a non-exclusive license to host, display, market, and distribute the content through the Platform. This license allows KBX to store the material on its platform, display it in the marketplace, promote it through marketing channels, and make it available for purchase or download by users.
  • This license includes the right to promote the content. KBX may use product titles, descriptions, preview images, excerpts, and promotional graphics for the purpose of advertising, marketing campaigns, newsletters, social media promotion, and other communications intended to increase visibility and sales of the resource.
  • KBX does not claim ownership of creator content. The platform's license exists solely to operate and promote the marketplace. At no time does KBX claim copyright ownership of materials submitted by sellers.
  • Sellers may remove their content. Creators may request that their materials be removed from the platform at any time. However, any purchases made prior to removal may continue to be accessible to customers who previously obtained the resource, depending on platform download policies.

Through this structure, KBX seeks to create a healthy ecosystem where creators maintain ownership of their work while benefiting from the visibility, distribution, and ministry impact made possible through the marketplace.

KBX respects the intellectual property rights of creators, publishers, ministries, and organizations. Sellers who list products on the platform are solely responsible for ensuring that all materials they upload, distribute, or sell comply with applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Sellers must not upload, reproduce, distribute, or sell any material that infringes upon the legal rights of a third party. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted text, curriculum, music, images, graphics, lesson plans, books, logos, characters, or digital media owned by another creator, ministry, publisher, or organization unless the Seller has obtained proper licensing or written authorization for commercial use.

Unauthorized use of another individual's or organization's intellectual property — including copying substantial portions of written materials, modifying existing curriculum for resale, reproducing protected graphics, or redistributing purchased resources — is strictly prohibited.

If KBX receives a credible complaint or becomes aware of a potential copyright violation, the platform reserves the right to investigate the claim and take appropriate action to protect the rights of the original creator and the integrity of the marketplace. Violations may result in:

  • Immediate removal of the infringing content from the KBX marketplace.
  • Temporary suspension or permanent termination of the Seller's account depending on the severity or frequency of the violation.
  • Loss of marketplace privileges, including the inability to upload or sell additional products.
  • Legal liability for damages, including any claims, losses, or legal costs resulting from the unauthorized use of protected materials.

Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless KBX, its administrators, partners, and affiliated organizations from any legal claims arising from the content they upload or distribute through the platform. KBX encourages all Sellers to carefully review their materials prior to submission and to ensure they have full legal rights to distribute any content listed on the marketplace. Protecting the creative work of ministry leaders, authors, musicians, educators, and publishers is essential to maintaining a trustworthy and ethical resource community.

5. Seller Conduct & Responsibilities

Sellers on KBX play a vital role in maintaining a faithful, trustworthy, and professional marketplace. Because the platform serves churches, ministry leaders, educators, and families, all Sellers are expected to uphold high ethical and spiritual standards in every interaction and transaction. By participating on KBX, Sellers agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct themselves in a Christlike manner in all interactions. Sellers are expected to treat customers, KBX staff, other sellers, and the ministry community with integrity, respect, humility, and kindness, reflecting biblical principles in all communications and dealings (Colossians 3:12-14).
  • Provide accurate product descriptions and previews. All listings must truthfully represent the content, scope, intended use, and quality of the digital resources. Misleading claims, exaggerated promises, or incomplete previews are strictly prohibited.
  • Deliver high-quality, error-free digital files. Resources should be complete, professionally formatted, and free of typographical and technical errors, broken links, missing pages, or corrupted files. Sellers are responsible for ensuring the final product meets a standard suitable for ministry use.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. Sellers must communicate promptly and respectfully regarding questions, support requests, or technical issues related to their products. Timely responses help maintain trust and a positive user experience.
  • Maintain updated and accurate payment and account information. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that bank, PayPal, or other payment details are current to receive revenue from sales. KBX is not liable for payment delays caused by outdated information.
  • Abstain from harassment, fraud, or unethical behavior. Sellers may not engage in any activity that misleads, intimidates, defrauds, or exploits others. This includes price manipulation, phishing, offensive messaging, abusive reviews, or misrepresentation of intellectual property.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and KBX policies. Sellers are expected to adhere to all copyright, intellectual property, privacy, and digital commerce laws, as well as platform-specific policies, including content, moderation, and security requirements.
  • Uphold the integrity and reputation of KBX and the ministry community. Because KBX serves a faith-based audience, Sellers are encouraged to consistently reflect biblical values and professional conduct that strengthens the marketplace and ministry partnerships.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in warnings, removal of content, suspension of marketplace privileges, or permanent termination of the Seller account.

By agreeing to these standards, Sellers help ensure KBX remains a trusted, Christ-centered platform where churches and ministry leaders can confidently access high-quality resources that support discipleship, worship, and outreach.

6. Pricing, Payments & Fees

KBX provides a platform where ministry creators can sell digital resources to churches, educators, and families. This section explains the expectations, responsibilities, and procedures for pricing, fees, and payment distribution. Sellers are responsible for understanding these guidelines and complying with all requirements. Clear policies help maintain transparency, fairness, and trust within the KBX marketplace.

6.1 Pricing

Sellers have the ability to set their own prices for digital products they list on KBX, giving them flexibility to reflect the value, effort, and ministry impact of their work.

  • Prices must adhere to KBX minimum and maximum pricing thresholds, which may be established to maintain consistency, ensure affordability for ministry users, and prevent price manipulation.
  • Sellers should consider the intended audience, production quality, and resource type when setting prices.
  • Pricing may be updated at any time by the Seller, but changes should be clearly reflected in the product listing to avoid confusion for customers.
  • KBX reserves the right to review pricing to ensure it aligns with marketplace standards and the platform's faith-based mission.

6.2 Platform Fees

KBX may charge fees to support the operation, promotion, and maintenance of the marketplace. All applicable fees will be clearly published and updated as needed, and Sellers are responsible for reviewing and understanding them. To sustain the KBX marketplace and support its charitable mission, Sellers agree to the following fee structure:

By agreeing to sell on KBX, Sellers acknowledge and accept that all fees, including the monthly account fee, transaction fee, and payment processing costs, will be applied as described and deducted automatically from sales proceeds as applicable.

6.3 Payouts

Sellers receive payment for sales according to the schedule and procedures established by KBX.

  • Regular Payment Schedule Payments will be issued on a monthly basis for all completed sales, after applicable fees and payment processing costs have been deducted.
  • Tax Responsibilities Sellers are solely responsible for reporting income earned through KBX to their applicable tax authorities and complying with all local, state, and federal tax laws. KBX does not withhold taxes on behalf of Sellers.
  • Nonprofit Status & Tax Exemption Exousia Ministries Inc. is a registered nonprofit 501(c)3 organization operating for charitable, educational, and ministry purposes. Sales through KBX support the nonprofit's mission of equipping churches, ministries, and families with faith-based resources. Because KBX operates under this nonprofit status, sales tax is not charged on purchases made through the platform. Customers should consult their local tax regulations for any reporting obligations.
  • Payment Method Accuracy Sellers must maintain accurate and up-to-date bank or digital payment information to ensure timely payouts. KBX is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, outdated, or invalid payment details.

By clearly outlining payout schedules, tax responsibilities, and payment procedures, KBX ensures Sellers understand their financial obligations while maintaining a transparent, sustainable, and ministry-focused marketplace.

7. Refunds & Customer Service

KBX is committed to ensuring a positive and trustworthy experience for both Sellers and Buyers. Because digital products are delivered electronically, specific policies are in place regarding refunds and customer support:

  • Final Sale of Digital Products All sales of digital products through KBX are considered final. Once a product is purchased and delivered, Buyers generally do not have the option to cancel or return the purchase. This policy helps protect the integrity of digital content and prevents unauthorized duplication or distribution.
  • Defective or Incomplete Files If a purchased digital file is defective, corrupted, or incomplete, the Seller is responsible for correcting or replacing the file within a reasonable timeframe. Sellers should respond promptly to customer reports of technical issues and ensure the corrected file meets the quality and usability expectations of the original product listing.
  • KBX Discretionary Refunds While digital sales are final, KBX reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion to protect Buyers and maintain a fair marketplace. Refunds may be granted in cases of technical delivery issues that cannot be resolved promptly; Seller non-response or failure to correct defective files; or fraudulent or misrepresented products.
  • Customer Service Expectations Sellers are encouraged to respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously, helping Buyers resolve issues efficiently; maintain clear communication regarding file corrections, updates, or technical assistance. KBX may intervene as necessary to mediate disputes or ensure compliance with platform standards.

By clearly defining refund and customer service policies, KBX protects Buyers while holding Sellers accountable for providing high-quality, functional, and accurately represented digital resources. This approach supports a trustworthy, Christ-centered marketplace where ministry materials can be shared confidently and responsibly.

8. Dispute Resolution & Seller Accountability

KBX is committed to maintaining a trustworthy, Christ-centered marketplace where Sellers and Buyers can interact with confidence. To ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability, KBX has established the following guidelines for resolving disputes and addressing seller responsibilities.

8.1 Seller Accountability

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a disagreement between a Buyer and Seller, KBX provides a structured process to resolve conflicts fairly:

  • 1. Initial Communication Buyers should first contact the Seller directly through KBX messaging tools to attempt resolution of the issue. Sellers are expected to respond promptly and professionally.
  • 2. Escalation to KBX If the Buyer and Seller cannot reach a resolution, the dispute may be submitted to KBX for review. KBX will evaluate the case based on the accuracy of the product description, evidence of defective or incomplete files, compliance with KBX content standards, and communication history between Buyer and Seller.
  • 3. KBX Decision KBX reserves the right to mediate the dispute and make a final determination. Possible actions include requiring the Seller to correct or replace the product, issuing a refund to the Buyer, temporarily suspending the Seller account pending resolution, or permanently removing content or terminating the Seller account in cases of repeated violations or serious breaches.
